Before Contacting Us
We recommend that you refer to the Help Center's support articles and Community Forum to search for problems that have already been identified and for possible solutions. Please use your login details for Monster Hunter Now when logging to the Community Forum.
In-app Support
When you contact us in the app, the information necessary for support (account information, app version, etc.) is automatically sent to our User Support team, for facilitating smooth support. Please contact us through the In-app support as much as possible.
Tap [Hunter Icon] then tap [Settings]
Scroll down and select [Contact Support]
A chat with User Support will begin. Please follow the on-screen instructions and describe your problem.
