Issue Description: Due to a technical issue, some Trainers may be unable to obtain event-specific Location Backgrounds from Pokémon encounters that are intended to award them.

At this time, we’ve confirmed that the following may be impacted:

• Event-specific Location Backgrounds from Pokémon encountered in Raid Battles at PokéPark KANTO

*While the event is scheduled to begin on February 5, we’ve confirmed that this issue may occur during the development phase.
