To stay connected with players you meet on your Pikmin Bloom journey, you can add friends in the Pikmin Bloom. Each user has a unique 12-digit friend code and a corresponding QR code. Use this code to add them as your friend. Adding friends will enable you to see your friend's information. Also, your friend(s) will see some information about you, including your Mii and user name.

Visit our Help Center article "Information shared with others" in Pikmin Bloom to learn more about the information you share with your friend.

Users can view and accept or deny friend requests through their friend list. If they accept your request, you will become friends with one another and you’ll be able to see their profile through your friend list. If they don’t respond, your friend request will expire after 7 days.

Keep in mind that removing a friend in one game will remove them from other games as well.

  1. From the home screen, scroll down to tap “Friends”. It’s located under "Profile".

  2. Tap next to the name of the friend you wish to delete and select "Delete Friend".

Add a nickname to a friend:

You can give your friends nicknames and manage them in the friend list.

  1. From the home screen, scroll down to tap “Friends”.
  2. Tap the edit button next to the friend's name, give it a nickname of your choice, and press OK.
  3. Nicknames will appear instead of names on your screen.
  4. If you want to delete a nickname, click the X button to delete the nickname on the edit Nickname screen, then press OK without entering anything.

Note:

  • The nickname will only be visible on your screen. It will not be shared with others.
  • The nickname you set will appear in place of that friend's "name" on your screen (the nickname and "name" will appear together on some screens). As an exception, if you take a screenshot using the app’s screenshot function, only the friend's original "name" will be displayed.
