Remote Raid Passes Functionality Clarity

Issue description: Remote Raid Passes are consumed at the start of battle, and not in the lobby. Once used, the pass is applied to the current Power Spot until the Power Spot Boss is defeated, or until the Power Spot rotates to a new Max boss or Power Spot location. This may cause confusion if the pass appears to still be active even after leaving the lobby.

New Lobby Created on Friend Invite 

Issue description: Trainers accept a raid invite from a friend whose lobby is already full, and they end up alone in a new lobby instead of being blocked from joining the full lobby. While this could allow more players to participate, it may confuse Trainers expecting to join their friend's lobby.
