There are several ways you can collect Exploration Emblems:

  • Gather materials from Gathering Points (L).

  • Slay 1 monster in a Hunt-a-thon.

  • Slay or repel an Elder Dragon.

Exploration Emblem Collection

In the Exploration Emblem Collection, all emblems collected so far are saved, and the following information can be checked:

  • The number of locations where you have obtained Exploration Emblems so far.

  • The number of times you have obtained Exploration Emblems so far.

  • Exploration Emblems obtained so far.

※On the details screen for each Exploration Emblem, you can also check the number of times you have obtained the emblem at the corresponding location.

※You can access the Exploration Emblem Collection by pressing the “Collection” button displayed at the bottom right of the “Your Base” screen in the Exploration Base.

Distant Exploration Bonus

The farther away from your Exploration Base you obtain an Exploration Emblem, the more base reputation you will receive when submitting reports. However, this bonus doesn’t affect the base’s growth.

The table below shows the bonus received based on distance. The distance from your base will be displayed below each Exploration Emblem when you submit it.

Slaying Emblems

You will obtain 1 Slaying Emblem per 10 large monsters you slay on the field (with the exception of Hunt-a-thons and Elder Dragon Interceptions). Similar to Exploration Emblems, Slaying Emblems can be used to grow the base by submitting them there. Please note that you will lose all Slaying Emblems once a base development period ends, so they can’t be transferred over to the next base development period.

Notes

  • Distant Exploration Bonus does not apply to Slaying Emblems.

Submitting reports and developing the Exploration Base

Exploration Reports are done by submitting Exploration Emblems to your exploration base. The more reports you submit, the more you can increase the level of your exploration base.

  1. Access the exploration base and tap on the “Submit Report” button.

  2. At the top you can see the type and number of Exploration Emblems needed to develop the exploration base. Exploration Emblems with extra bonus provide special bonuses.

  3. Your Exploration Emblems can be viewed at the bottom. Select 5 of them and tap the button at the bottom of the screen to submit the report.

  4. Once the report is submitted, you will gain base reputation. If you submit Exploration Emblems to an already completed category, you can increase the base reputation but it does not contribute to the base development.

  5. Hunters who have earned the most base reputation will appear on the leaderboard.

Notes:

  • Although your exploration report will display immediately, it will take up 30 minutes to reflect other hunter’s reports.

“Recommended” button

If you’re unsure of which Exploration Emblems to submit, you can use the Recommended button, which will automatically select your Emblems based on the 3 rules below:

  • They can contribute to the Exploration Base growth.

  • You can receive an extra bonus.

  • You can obtain more Base Reputation
