Specification
The hunting horn is a weapon that can enhance you and your allies while fighting.
The notes are stocked while attacking, and various melody effects can be activated by aligning them in a predetermined order.
Basic Controls
Performance(Notes stocking)
Notes can be stocked while attacking up to 4.
There are 2 types of notes: Blue and Red. Different notes can be stocked depending on the type of attack.
1.Press the screen (Long press + Downward flick) = Red Note
2.Tap the screen = Blue Note
※All stocked notes are lost when the hunter is downed.
Melody
When Blue and Red notes are collected in a correct order, the melody effect will activate, enhancing you as the result. There are 3 melodies that can be activated for each hunting horn. The following provides an example for the third melody of each weapon.
Example:
1.Metal Bagpipe 1:Tap → Tap → Long Press (Blue, Blue, Red)
2.Kulu Duda 1:Tap→ Long Press → Release (Blue, Red, Blue)
3.Spiked Horn 1:Tap→ Long Press → Tap (Blue, Red, Blue)
※
After the melody effect is activated, the effect is applied for a certain period of time.
Normally, a melody effect applies only to you. However, by using an Echo Attack or a special skill, the active melody effect can be granted to fellow hunters in the group hunt.
The effect value granted to other hunters is smaller than the value granted to you.
All active melody effects are lost when the hunter is downed.
Since the melody effect shared with other hunters is derived from the one who applied, when the effect of the applier is lost, the effect shared with other hunters is also lost.
Echo Attack
You can perform the Echo Attack by long pressing and flicking upwards.
The Echo Attack generates a follow-up attack for the number of notes currently in stock which can inflict additional damage. Furthermore, other hunters have their active melody effects extended by 10 seconds.
※
The effect value granted to other hunters is smaller than the value granted to you.
All active melody effects are lost when the hunter is downed.
Since the melody effect shared with other hunters is derived from the one who applied, when the effect of the applier is lost, the effect shared with other hunters is also lost.
All notes in stock are consumed when the follow-up attack is performed.
Notes are consumed in order from the most recent one.
The follow-up attack damage and stun value depend on the type of the note
Red Note: More damage
Blue Blue: Less damage but higher stun value
Since all notes are consumed after the follow-up attack, make sure to use it with caution.
The number of follow-up attacks depends on the number of notes in stock(Max 4)
Special Skill ーMagnificent Trioー
This special skill combines attack and support that delivers a powerful strike while extending active melody effects by 20 seconds for fellow hunters.
When activated, in addition to the powerful strike the following effects are granted:
Extends the duration of the active melody effect.
Grants other hunters the active melody effect.
※
The effect value granted to other hunters is smaller than the value granted to you.
All active melody effects are lost when the hunter is downed.
Since the melody effect shared with other hunters is derived from the one who applied, when the effect of the applier is lost, the effect shared with other hunters is also lost.
The Echo Attack occurring during the Magnificent Trio provides a Special Skill follow-up attack.
Special Skill follow-up attack: Damage and stun value balanced.
Special Skill follow-up attack count is always 4, regardless of the number of notes in stock.
