Campaigns and collaboration events may offer gift codes that can be used for other apps and game titles.
The deadline for receiving and redeeming gift codes varies depending on the campaign or event. For details, please refer to the instructions below on how to redeem gift codes.
In order to redeem a gift code, you must create an account within other apps or game titles and agree to and abide by their terms and conditions.
How to receive a gift code
Fulfill the conditions of receiving a gift code.
Tap the hunter’s icon on the main screen.
Tap “Gift Code”.
Follow the instructions on the screen and issue the gift code.
<PlayStation®5>
Select the [PlayStation®5] platform and then tap “Next”.
Select the region where you plan to play “Monster Hunter Wilds” and tap “Next”.
Select your country or region and tap “Next”.
(If you selected a country or region other than Japan and Korea) Select the country or region where you registered with the PlayStation Store and tap “Next”.
Check that you have selected the correct platform and country/region, and tap “Confirm”.
<「Xbox Series X|S」or「Steam®」>
Select the platform “Xbox Series X|S” or “Steam®” and tap “Next”.
Confirm that your platform selection is correct and tap “Confirm”.
The start date and time of the campaign or collaboration event may differ from the timing of the receipt depending on a gift code.
Gift codes may run out of stock depending on the campaign or collaboration event. Gift codes cannot be issued when there is no inventory remaining.
Important points regarding receiving gift codes from the Monster Hunter Wilds collaboration quest reward.
The gift code from the Monster Hunter Wilds collaboration quest reward can be claimed beginning on 28th February 2025, 00:00 (local time). Codes are available on a first-come first-served basis while supplies last. Quantities are limited, and distribution will end once all codes are claimed.
The gift code from the Monster Hunter Wilds collaboration quest reward must be received before 31st March 2025, 23:59 (local time).
How to redeem a gift code
The method of redeeming the gift codes will vary depending on the app or game title for the campaign or collaboration event, as well as the platform providing the content.

The gift code received as a Monster Hunter Wilds Collaboration Quest reward can only be used once Monster Hunter Wilds is released for sale.
The issued gift code can be used on the selected platform (PlayStation®5 is only available for accounts in the selected country or region).

Here are the steps to redeem a gift code and use it in the game:
1. Sign in to the PlayStation™Network with the account you want to use the content for.
2. From the PlayStation®5 home screen, select Settings > Users and Accounts.
3. Select Account > Payment and Subscriptions > Redeem Codes.
4. Enter your gift code, then select Redeem to apply the content to your account.
Some content, like player equipment and items, must be claimed inside the game after applying the content. To do so, talk to the Support Desk, then select "I'd like to request support" > Claim Add-ons. (The Support Desk is a character that can be found in the Windward Plains Base Camp.)
Please be aware that gift codes can only be used once.
To view the content you own, move the cursor on the PlayStation®5 home screen to the Monster Hunter Wilds icon, then press the button and select Manage Game Content from the menu that appears.

Here are the steps to redeem a gift code and use it in the game:
1. Sign in with the Microsoft Account you want to use the content for.
2. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select Store.
3. Press the View button to open the side menu, then select Redeem.
4. Enter your gift code, then select Next and follow the instructions on the remaining screens.
Some content, like player equipment and items, must be claimed inside the game after applying the content. To do so, talk to the Support Desk, then select "I'd like to request support" > Claim Add-ons. (The Support Desk is a character that can be found in the Windward Plains Base Camp.)

1. Launch the Steam client.
2. From the menu at the top of the window, select Games > "Activate a Product on Steam..."
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to redeem the code or key.
4. Once the code is recognized, the content will be applied to your account.
