Monster Hunter Now occasionally hosts real events that offer a special gaming experience. To provide the best gaming experience, these events have a limited number of participants and require registration in advance.

How to check real events from the app:

  1. Open the Monster Hunter Now app.

  2. Go to Special Quest.

  3. Tap “Live Events”

  4. A list of upcoming events will be displayed.

  2. Log in with the Google email address used for playing Monster Hunter Now
    You will not be able to apply if you are using only Apple sign-in. Please link your Google account from within the application. Please visit the FAQ below for instructions:

  3. A list of upcoming events will be displayed.

Event registration (Order of arrival)

For events accepting applications on the order of arrival basis, a “Tickets Available” button will be displayed.

  1. Tap the Event you want to participate in with “Tickets Available” displayed.

  2. Tap “Purchase a ticket”

  3. Select the date you want to participate and tap “Next”.

  4. Select the time you want to participate and tap “Next”.

  5. After confirming the number of tickets you want to apply for, select the ticket type and tap “Next”. In case you are purchasing for friends, type the names of your friends in the box and tap “Add”. then tap “Next”
    ※ Some events do not allow to gift tickets to friends. In these cases, the number of tickets will be locked on “1”.

  6. The email address associated with your Monster Hunter Now account will be displayed. If necessary, you can change it to any email address that is easier for you to check your email. Notifications about tickets will be sent to the email address you enter here.

  7. Read and agree to the terms and conditions.

  8. Tap “Payment method” 

  9. Select the desired payment method and input all necessary information.

Q. How to confirm my application?
A. A confirmation email is sent after the application. You can also confirm from within the app:

  1. Visit the Quest screen.

  2. Tap “Live Events”.

  3. Tap the event you applied for.

Q. I would like to change/cancel my application.

A. Any changes or cancellations are not possible after the application, therefore please proceed with caution.

Q. Error 404 is displayed.
