Hunters,

We have been taking action against users who have engaged in cheating behavior on the Monster Hunter Now app by banning their accounts.
Cheating includes any action that attempts to or actually alters or interferes with the normal behavior or rules of a Service. Cheating includes, but is not limited to, any of the following behavior, on your own behalf or on behalf of others:

Accessing Services in an unauthorized manner (including using modified or unofficial third party software);

Playing with multiple accounts for the same Service;

Sharing accounts;

Using any techniques to alter or falsify a device’s location (for example through GPS spoofing); and/or

Selling or trading accounts.

We have identified the following violations since launch and have taken action, including account termination, against these users.

Entrusting others to collect materials and having the account borrower engage in fraudulent activities
Sharing accounts is a violation of the Niantic Terms of Service, and accounts may be suspended if the borrower accesses services in an unauthorized manner.

Purchasing or trading an account from someone else, only to find that the previous owner had accessed services in an unauthorized manner.
Selling or trading accounts is a violation of the Niantic Terms of Service, and accounts may be banned if the previous account user accessed services in an unauthorized manner.

We will continue to optimize the game and strictly deal with those users and businesses that violate our Terms of Service.

We kindly ask all hunters to review the Niantic Terms of Service, Niantic Player Guideline and Three-Strike Discipline Policy once again and refrain from any actions and businesses prohibited by the Niantic Terms of Service.
