Issue Description: Some players that leave and rejoin a matchmaking queue may experience an issue that displays duplicate Weekly Challenge progress pages in their Social tab. 

Issue Status: This issue will be resolved before 0.395 release. In the meantime, this issue can be resolved by exiting matchmaking.
