Issue Description: The seasonal bonus of one guaranteed Rare Candy XL when Trainers level 31 and above catch a five-star Raid Boss during a Raid Hour was not applied properly during the Shadow Lugia and Shadow Ho-Oh Raid Hours.

Issue Status:  Trainers who participated in the affected Raids have been granted XL Candy to their accounts.
