Ensure your Harry Potter: Wizards Unite app is up to date

Harry Potter: Wizards Unite works best when using the newest version of the app. If you’re experiencing an issue, please make sure you have the most updated version of the app:
  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Touch Updates.
  3. Navigate to the Harry Potter: Wizards Unite app and touch the Update button.

Check your internet connection

Ensure your device is connected to a reliable data connection (Wifi, 3G, or 4G).

If you’re experiencing connectivity issues, try switching internet sources. If you have trouble connecting to Wifi, try to connect to 3G or 4G. Alternatively, if you have trouble connecting to 3G or 4G, try to connect to Wifi.

Clear Safari data

Harry Potter: Wizards Unite uses Safari to log into Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. By clearing Safari’s data, you may be able to resolve some connectivity issues.
  1. Open the Settings app on your device.
  2. Select Safari > Advanced > Website Data.
  3. Touch Clear History and Data.

Uninstall and reinstall Harry Potter: Wizards Unite

Delete the Harry Potter: Wizards Unite app and reinstall the latest official version from the Apple App Store. Your game progress will not be lost by performing these steps, as all game progress is stored online.

Reconnect Google’s access to Harry Potter: Wizards Unite (Google accounts only)

You may be able to resolve login issues by refreshing Google’s connection to Harry Potter: Wizards Unite. Your game progress will not be lost by performing these steps.
  1. Visit the Google connected apps settings page and select Harry Potter: Wizard Unite from the list of connected apps.
  2. Click the Remove button to disconnect Harry Potter: Wizards Unite from your Google account.

To reconnect your Google account, log into Harry Potter: Wizards Unite as you normally would. Open Harry Potter: Wizards Unite on your phone and log in using your Google account.
