In-app Support

Need to get in touch with us? Please use our in-app support option.

To access in-app support: tap the Suitcase button > Settings > Help/Legal > Get Support. Using the in-app option allows us to collect important contextual information (like app version and device model) to better investigate issues.

Report a Player

Currently, you can report another player for any of the following behaviors:
  • Suspected cheating or illicit gameplay
  • Inappropriate Behavior in Niantic Community Forums
  • Inappropriate Behavior in real life

We have an automated cheat reporting system within the app's support chat. To report a person or service violating the Terms of Service, tap the Suitcase button > Settings > Help/Legal > Get Support.

Product feedback

Use the in-app chat function: Tap the Suitcase > Settings > Help > Get Support) to share product feedback.

Billing and Refunds

All payment and billing related questions must be handled in-app. Tap the Suitcase > Settings > Help > Get Support to begin a conversation.

Request modification or removal of an in-game location (Inn, Fortress, Landmark, or Greenhouse)

If you believe an in-game location should be modified or removed, you can submit a request for us to review an in-game feature representing a real-world location. Please visit this page for information on how to submit this request.

Delete my Account

Requests to delete your account can be submitted over the web. Please fill out this form and select "delete my account" under the issue type dropdown menu.

Please note that, if your account is associated with an Apple ID and you use the Hide my Email feature, you'll need to provide our support team with this obfuscated email address for support inquiries, such as account deletion requests and sign-in issues. Learn more about Hide My Email at the Apple Support Center.
