iOS

1. Open the App Store app.
   
    
2. Tap Today.
   
    
3. Tap the Profile button at the top of the screen.
   
    
4. Navigate to the Pokémon GO app and tap the Update button.

Android

1. Open the Google Play Store app.
   
    
2. On the top right, tap your profile photo.
   
3. Tap the Manage apps & device menu option.
   
    
4. Check if you have any pending updates from the Overview tab.
    
    
5. To double check, search Pokémon GO from the Play Store main screen and see if there are any updates available.
