Issue Description: When Trainers background the Pokémon GO app during an attempt to catch a Raid Boss, the amount of Premier Balls available will seem to reset to the amount first received after the Raid. This is a visual issue and the amount of Premier Balls available will actually remain at the amount a Trainer had before backgrounding Pokémon GO.
