    • Entry begins on March 10, 2026 and ends March 22, 2026 (the “Participation Period”). The promotion starts March 10, 2026 and ends March 27, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”).

    •  In Brazil via social media platforms including TikTok, Instagram and X.

  3. Who is eligible to enter the Pokémon GO 10th Anniversary Sweepstakes?

    • To be eligible to participate in this Promotion, you must be over the age of 18, residing and domiciled in Brazil and meet all of the conditions for participation set forth in the official rules.

  5. What can I win?

    • One Tokyo Event Grand Prize Available: A travel package for the winner and one guest to attend Pokémon GO Festival in Tokyo, Japan, at Bay Area, currently scheduled for Friday, May 29, 2026 through Monday, June 1, 2026. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) is up to R$47,000.00 

  6. What does the Grand Prize Include? 

    • Round trip economy class air transportation for winner and one guest from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence to the applicable event city; up to four  consecutive nights of standard hotel accommodations (one room, double occupancy); two event admission tickets (one for the winner and one for the guest) valid for the applicable festival dates as determined by the Sponsor; and a meal and ground transportation per diem for both travelers for up to five days of travel, calculated at R$1.300,00 (one thousand and three hundred reals) per day for the winner and the guest combined.

  7. Where and how can I submit an entry?

    • This Promotion is intended for individuals over the age of 18 (eighteen), residing and domiciled in Brazil, who meet all the conditions for participation set forth in these Rules ("Eligible Participant(s)").

    • Participation in this Promotion may be carried out through the following social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok and X (formerly Twitter) (“Platforms”).

    • Each Eligible Participant may make a maximum of one (1) post on each Platform during the entire Participation Period.

    • Participation in this Promotion is free and independent of any purchase, and it is hereby established that the Platforms do not sponsor, administer, or have any connection with this Promotion.

    • To participate in the Promotion, Eligible Participants must cumulatively meet the following requirements:

      • Publish content on one of the Platforms, containing text, images, or videos related to the Pokémon GO game, including, for example: favorite memories of playing Pokémon GO; participation in an official Pokémon GO event or playing out in the community with friends; content inspired by Pokémon or similar experiences, including the following hashtags in the published post: #GOMemories and #Sorteio (“Publication”). The formats accepted on each Platform will be:

        • TikTok: video posts;

        • Instagram: feed or Reels posts; and

        • X: tweets or quote retweets.

      • Keep the post active and accessible to the Promoter, as well as the account used for participation set to public at the time of registration and until at least May 15, 2026.

      • Follow and tag the official Pokémon GO profile on the corresponding Platform:

        • Instagram: @pokemongoappbr

        • X: @PokemonGOptBR

    • Posts made on private or restricted accounts, or accounts that are not visible to the Promoter at the time of verification, will be automatically disregarded for the purposes of participation in this Promotion, with the participant being fully responsible for their account settings.

    • The published content will not be subject to qualitative evaluation for the purpose of selecting winners.

    • Your Entry (on an Entry Platform) must meet the Entry Content Restrictions set out in the Official Rules to be eligible. 

  1. Can I enter without making a purchase?

    • Participation in this Promotion is free and independent of any purchase, and it is hereby established that the Platforms do not sponsor, administer, or have any connection with this Promotion.

  2. How many times can I enter? What are the submission requirements?

    • There is a limit of one entry per person per each eligible platform.

  3. Can I enter with my computer, or do I need a digital device?

    • You can use whatever method you normally use to visit the social media platforms. 

  4. What are my odds of winning a prize?

    • The odds of winning a Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the Prize Draw.

  5. When and how will winners be selected?

    • Once the Promotion participation period has ended, the Promoter will seal the Box and shake it so that the Coupons are mixed together. At 11:00 a.m. (Brasília time) on March 27, 2026, the Promoter will randomly remove one (1) Coupon from the Box to determine the winner of the Promotion. At that time, the Promoter will verify that the Participant corresponding to the Coupon removed from the Box meets all the requirements of this Promotion and will then proceed to award the prize specified in these Rules. To ensure that an eligible winner of the Promotion is finally determined in time for the travel package prize, up to 100 alternate Coupons will be randomly drawn and numbered in the order of being drawn.  If the first selected Participant does not meet the requirements of these Rules, an alternate will be designated the winner, repeating the process of validation until the winner of the Promotion can be finally determined.

    • Furthermore, the Promoter reserves the right to draw some coupons from alternate Participants in cases of subsequent disqualification, to carry out the necessary investigations and audits, at its sole discretion, to confirm the regularity of the Participant's participation and/or irregular intervention by third parties, and may disqualify any Participant who has committed any irregularity, ensuring the continuity of participation in the Promotion, as the case may be.

  6. When and how will potential winners be notified?

    • Direct Message Notification. Potential Prize Winners will first be contacted via direct message through the applicable Entry Platform they used to enter. The participant awarded the trip must submit to the Promoter, within 48 (forty-eight) hours of effective contact, the documents and information requested by the Promoter, in particular copies of valid passports. Winners who fail to submit the requested information and documents and/or fail to prove the validity of the documents within the specified period will be automatically disqualified.
