Issue description:
Some Trainers did not receive the +10 ranks after purchasing GO Pass Deluxe: Road to Kalos + 10 Ranks in-game or through the web store once the grace period had begun.

Status: Resolved
Affected Trainers have been granted sufficient Pass Points to ensure they are at least Rank 100.
