Issue Description: After leveling up in a weekly challenge with a friend, some Trainers may find that their Friendship level progress is different from the friend that they participated in the weekly challenge with. 

If you and a friend have noticed that your Friendship level progress has been desynced and is not progressing at the same pace, Remote Trade is unavailable even if one of you reaches Forever Friends before the other.
