Issue description: After collecting a Stamp Rally stamp, exiting the Pokémon reward encounter without catching the Pokémon will make it appear as though the Pokémon encounter is gone. 

Workaround: Tapping into any Stamp Rally location will trigger the Pokémon encounter.

Issue status: Investigating.
