Issue description:  Legacy level 41-50 avatar items to be awarded to Trainers who did not reach the required level to unlock before the level update 

Issue status: Resolved. Trainers who had one of these avatar items incorrectly awarded may still see them in their inventory but be unable to interact. When affected trainers attempt to tap on one of these items, they will see an error notification and be unable to access the item. We are working to resolve this.
