Issue Description: Trainers who participate in Zacian Raid Battles outside of their region’s Raid Hour are not receiving Crowned Sword Energy as part of the Raid rewards.
Issue Status: Investigating. Affected Trainers will receive a one-time distribution of Crowned Sword Energy equivalent to the number of Raids they won.
