Issue Description: Pokémon attracted to Incense are fleeing encounters. Additionally, Pokémon attracted to Incense are not appearing on the Map. Note that this also applies to Daily Adventure Incense.
Confirmed Workaround: Restarting Pokémon GO after activating Incense will resolve this issue.
Issue Status: Resolved in app versions 373.1, please update Pokémon GO if you continue to have issues.
