Issue Description: For a period of approximately 1 hour, starting at approximately 1:50 p.m. PDT on July 24, 2025. wild Pokémon were unable to be caught due to a server issue. Note that this did not affect Pokémon encountered through Research rewards or Raid and Max Battles.

Issue Status: Resolved. Affected Trainers can redeem the offer code POKEBALL50 in the Pokémon GO Web Store to receive 50 PokéBalls until August 1, 2025.
