Issue Description: Some Trainers were unable to encounter Articuno when claiming GO Pass: June rewards. Despite not catching or encountering the Pokémon, GO Pass: June appeared as if it had already been caught.

Issue Status: Resolved for future GO Pass encounters; a one-time Timed Research will be distributed for affected Trainers who weren’t able to encounter Articuno as part of their GO Pass: June rewards.
