Issue Description: Pokémon that are unable to enter Raids or Gym Battles cannot complete Hyper Training tasks that require them to be in the party. This prevents progress on Hyper Training tasks that require conditions like “Battle in a raid with your trainee in your Battle Party,” or “Win X raids with your trainee in your Battle Party," or "Battle in a Gym X times with your trainee in your battle party."
