Ensure mobile data is enabled

Access to mobile data is required for establishing an internet connection

Android:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Network & Internet or Connections
  3. Turn on Mobile Data or Cellular Data

iOS:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Cellular
  3. Turn on Cellular Data

Enable data roaming

Enabling data roaming will allow your device to access local networks both as an international and domestic user

Android:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Network & Internet or Connections
  3. Select Mobile Networks
  4. Turn on Data Roaming

iOS:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Cellular
  3. Select your SIM
  4. Turn on Data Roaming

Switch between 4G & 5G

5G networks continue to evolve and offer varying levels of wireless performance.  If your gameplay feels sluggish, please try switching to 4G on your device.

Android:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Network & Internet or Connections
  3. Select Mobile Networks
  4. Select Network Mode
  5. Turn on LTE/3G/2G

iOS:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Select Cellular
  3. Select your SIM
  4. Select Voice & Data
  5. Turn on LTE
