How to redeem a promo code
- Visit the Pokémon GO Web Store.
- Login using the same credentials you use to access your Pokémon GO account.
- Select the item or bundle you wish to purchase.
- Below the item or bundle description, click Promo Code ⌄
- Enter your promo code.
- Complete your purchase.
- After successfully redeeming a promo code, a confirmation message will display the items added to your inventory. You may also receive a notification on your mobile device, depending on your settings.

What is the difference between an offer code for free items and a promotional code?
Offer codes are different from promotional codes in that an offer code can be redeemed for free in-game items, while a promotional code requires a qualifying purchase and may offer free items alongside the purchase or a discount for purchased items.

Why can’t my child view or access promo codes?
Trainers who log in with Niantic Kids or Pokémon Trainer Club child accounts cannot make purchases on the Web Store.
