After entering the code on the offer code entry page, the Timed Research for Partner Research will appear in the Today View.

I have not received my participation ticket. Where can I check its status?

Details regarding the delivery of participation tickets or your selection status cannot be confirmed by Niantic Support. Please check the campaign website of each official partner for questions and details about the participation tickets.

 

I am having trouble entering the promotion code.

Possible causes of not being able to check in include the following.

  • Please make sure that the correct entry code is entered.

  • All characters used in the code are uppercase characters. Also, please note that the following characters are not included in the code number.

    • Alphabet: I (uppercase i), l (lowercase L), Q, S

    • Number: 0 (zero), 1

  • Codes that have already been used cannot be used for other accounts.

I lost my participation ticket, but is it possible to have it reissued?

If your participation ticket is lost, stolen, or damaged, Niantic will not reissue the ticket regardless of whether you are at fault or not.

 

How many people can participate with one participation ticket?

One person (one account) may participate with one participation ticket. Once a participation ticket has been used, it can no longer be used again.

 

Can I participate in multiple Partner Research?

Yes. You can participate in each Partner Research by entering the promotion code listed on each partner's participation ticket. However, you may only participate in each Partner Research one time. (The same partner's participation ticket cannot be used multiple times.)

 

Can I use a participation ticket that has not been used for another Partner Research?

No. Participation tickets can only be used for the Partner Research indicated on the ticket.

 

Can I only play near the location where you obtained your participation ticket?

No. After entering the offer code, you can play anywhere.

 

When should I enter the offer code?

You can receive the Pokémon GO Partner Research at any time within the validity period of the Partner Research indicated on the participation ticket. Please note that the period during which you can play the Partner Research is also until the end of the validity period.

 

Can trainers under the age of 13 attend the events?

In the default settings, Niantic Kids accounts do not have access to sponsored content, such as redeeming sponsored offers. To participate, parents or legal guardians must be granted “Sponsored Content” permissions on their account to redeem sponsored offers. For information on granting permissions, please click here. Also, those playing with a kid's account in the Pokémon Trainer Club may not be able to participate.

 

Can I give my participation ticket to a third party?

It is strictly prohibited to resell participation tickets to third parties. We do not guarantee operation in the use of illegally obtained participation tickets. We are not responsible for any problems or malfunctions that may result from the use of these tickets.
