First Catch of the Day 

The first Pokémon you catch in a day will have a bonus of 500 XP and 600 Stardust. If you catch a Pokémon every day for 7 days in a row, you will earn a bonus of 2500 XP and 3000 Stardust.

A day is defined as a day of the week, midnight to midnight in your local time. For example, if you catch a Pokémon at any time on Tuesday local time, you will be eligible for the next daily bonus on Wednesday at 12:00 AM local time.
