Offer redemption codes may be distributed by Niantic, third-party advertising partners, or through special events.
There are two types of offer redemption codes:
Offer redemption codes that can be redeemed directly on the Monster Hunter Now Web Store without making a purchase. For details, please refer to this FAQ.
Offer redemption codes that can be used when purchasing items on the Monster Hunter Now Web Store. For details, please refer to this FAQ.
Offer redemption codes of the second type (used when purchasing items) can be redeemed at the same time as purchasing eligible items, allowing you to receive additional in-game items associated with the offer redemption code along with the purchased items. Please see below for instructions on how to use an offer redemption code.
How to use offer redemption codes
Open the Monster Hunter Now Web Store.
Log in using the same login credentials you use for your Monster Hunter Now account.
Click the price of the item you wish to purchase.
Click “Offer redemption Code ⌄” located below the item description.
Enter the offer redemption code and apply it.
Once the code has been applied, proceed to payment and complete your purchase.
When an offer redemption code is used, an in-app message will appear indicating that items have been added to your account. Depending on your settings, you may also receive a notification on your mobile device.
Frequently Asked Questions
I can’t use my offer redemption code.
You may have already used a code this month. In addition, the terms and conditions for offer redemption codes may vary depending on the campaign.
You may not be eligible to use that offer redemption code. Some offer redemption codes are available only to specific users.
Some codes may have a minimum purchase amount requirement.
Offer redemption codes cannot be used in the in-game shop. They are only valid for purchases made through the Web Store.
This may be due to a typo. Please double-check your entry (for example, the difference between “O” and “0”).
I have not received the additional items.
To receive the additional items, you must use the offer redemption code at the time of purchasing the item.
What is the difference between an offer redemption code that grants additional items and a discount code?
Offer redemption codes are different from discount codes in that they grant additional in-game items. Discount codes provide a reduction on the purchase price of eligible in-game items being sold.
