Friend Link is a feature that allows you to invite friends who are in different locations and hunt marked monsters and join Elder Dragon Interceptions together.
Hunter Rank 11 is required to use this feature.
The invitations to online friends can be sent from the hunt preparation screen for the marked monsters or Elder Dragon Interceptions.
※In the currently released version, invitations can be sent to online friends based on criteria such as the number of times you’ve hunted together. As this feature is still under development, its specifications and details may change in future updates.
How to obtain Friend Link Tokens
・Daily Supply Items: 1 token
・Invite friends from the Paintball List screen and go on a hunt together: 1 token
・Invite friends from Elder Dragon Interceptions screen and slay or repel: 2 tokens
・Exchange gems in the Shop
・Quest rewards
※You can earn Friend Link Tokens up to 3 times per day from hunts with invited friends.
※The maximum number of Friend Link Tokens you can possess is 30. (Tokens obtained through the shop, promo codes, or quest rewards can exceed this limit.)
How to use Friend Links
Invite
Select “Invite Friends” from the hunt preparation screen for the marked monsters or Elder Dragon Interceptions.
Join
When a friend sends you an invitation, the “Join hunt!” notification will appear at the bottom left of the main screen.
Selecting “Join hunt!” will display a list of friend invitations.
※When in Streamer Mode, the names of friends shown in the invitation list and hunt preparation screen will be replaced with “Hunter.”

Select the invitation you want to join, and a confirmation message will appear. You can participate in the hunt by using the required number of Friend Link Tokens.
※The required number of Friend Link Tokens differs depending on the type of the hunt:
・Elder Dragon Interception: 2 tokens required
・Marked monster of 8★ or above difficulty: 1 token required
・Marked monster of 7★ and lower difficulty: 0 tokens required for 9 hunts per day. For each additional hunt, 1 token is required.
※Please note there is a daily limit of participation, which is 20 hunts that require Friend Link Tokens.
Rewards for successful hunts
When using Friend Link to hunt with friends, the rewards for both the inviting hunter and the participating hunters will be the same (excluding Friend Link Tokens).
Important Notes
・If 180 minutes have not passed since participating in an Elder Dragon Interception or a Hunt-a-thon, a cooldown will be in effect. During this time, joining a Friend Link for an Elder Dragon Interception requires both a Friend Link Token and a Ultra Hunting Ticket.

Q. Can Friend Link Tokens earned from invitation rewards be doubled or tripled using the Special Carving Knife?
A. Yes, they can.
Q. If I invite a friend and go on a hunt while at the maximum number of Friend Link Tokens, will it still count toward the daily limit?
A. No, it will not count. (When you press the invite button while at the token limit, a message will appear saying that you will not receive Friend Link Tokens for that hunt.)
Q. Can I select a specific friend to invite via Friend Link?
A. No. In the currently released version, invitations are sent to online friends based on criteria such as the number of times you’ve hunted together.
Q. Can I join a Friend Link hunt for monsters that don’t appear in my field or for friends with a higher Hunter Rank than mine?
A. Yes. With Friend Link, you can participate in hunts regardless of the monster’s ★ rating or Hunter Rank.
Q. Do I need Friend Link Tokens to join an invitation from a friend in my access range using Friend Link?
A. No, you do not.
Q. Can I earn Friend Link Tokens if the hunt fails?
A. No, you cannot.
