This option allows you to conveniently renew your Hunter Pass automatically, taking off the need to manually purchase it every month. It is available exclusively on our Monster Hunter Now Web Store, where you can receive additional limited items as well!

Notes:

・As of November 06, 2025, the subscription function is only available in Japan (via SBPS only). We will notify all hunters from outside Japan once subscriptions become available in their countries or regions, therefore, we ask for your patience. 

・Each Hunter Pass is available from a different Hunter Rank stated below. For more details about benefits of each pass, please check the relevant FAQs:

Prime Hunter Pass - can be purchased from Hunter Rank 5.

Extreme Hunter Pass - can be purchased from Hunter Rank 11.

・The purchase may take time to reflect within the app. The validity period starts on the day the purchase information is reflected within the app and lasts 30 days (24 hours x 30 days). For example, if the purchase information is reflected on 10/1 at 09:00, the validity period will be until 10/31 09:00.

Daily Bonus gems can be claimed 30 times, for the same period of 30 days as the hunter pass’ validity period.

  • First claim: When the automatic renewal  of the Hunter Pass is reflected within the app (e.g. October 1 at 09:00)

  • From the second time and onwards: Every day at 00:00 (local time) (e.g. October 2 at 00:00)

  • Last claim: On the last day of the validity period at 00:00 (local time) you can claim gems for the 30th time (e.g., October 30 at 00:00)

  • After the last claim at 00:00: Because gems have been accepted for the 30th time, no more gems can be claimed, even if the pass is still valid. (e.g., October 31 at 00:00)

  • Automatic renewal: If the pass is automatically renewed, you can claim the first bonus gems for the following month once the renewal has taken effect. (e.g., October 31, after 09:00)

 

  • You cannot purchase any Hunter Pass again during its validity period. You can purchase it again after 30 days from the purchase date or after receiving all gems.

  • The sales period and the number of times it can be purchased may be subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.

  • Refunds for this product are not accepted unless otherwise required by applicable laws. Please refer to the Niantic Terms of Service for more details.

  • The validity period of each pass is displayed in the number of days left. Only when the availability is less than 24 hours, the display becomes more precise. When the automatic renewal is being processed, the “Automatic renewal in preparation” message will display and change to the number of days left again (“30 days left” and so on) after the preparation completes.

2. How to Subscribe 

 

You can subscribe to any Hunter Pass from within the game or Web Store.

  • Moving to the Web Store from within the game:

    1. Tap “Automatically renew your Hunter Pass here” on the Hunter Pass details screen within the in-game Shop.

    2. Access Monster Hunter Now Web Store from the help page displayed.

  • Purchasing in the Web Store:

    1. Select a Hunter Pass within the Passes section in the Web Store and tap on the “Subscribe (+Bonus)” button.

    2. Confirm your order on the displayed page and tap on the “Proceed to Payment” button.

    3. Input your purchase information on the Xsolla (for users outside Japan) or SB Payment Service (for users in Japan) and finish the payment process.

    4. After completing the purchase, you will see the order confirmation page and confirmation email will be sent to your email address. You will be charged within the 30 days from the purchase date.

4. How to confirm and manage your subscriptions

 

  1. Active Status Confirmation

    • After subscribing, the Hunter Pass subscription on the Web Store will change to an active status. The next renewal date and a “Manage Subscription” button will be displayed.

  2. Managing Subscription

    • Tapping the “Manage Subscription” button will take you to the “Subscription” section of your profile page.

    • There, you can view details such as the subscription status (Active/Canceled), renewal date or validity period, price, and more.

  3. Details and Cancelling

    • By tapping “Manage Subscription” under the Hunter Pass listed in the “Subscription” section, you can view the subscription details, payment method (which can be edited), and payment history.

    • You can also cancel the subscription from this screen.

5. How to cancel the subscription

 

Subscription can be managed or canceled from your Web Store profile page.

1. Access the Web Store

  • Tap the “Automatically renew your Hunter Pass here” link on the Hunter Pass details screen within the in-game Shop to access the Web Store via the help page.

  • Alternatively, you can access the official Monster Hunter Now Web Store directly.

2. View your profile page

  • Tap the “Manage Subscription” button shown on the active Hunter Pass subscription in the Web Store.

  • This will take you to the “Subscription” section of your profile page.

3. Open the details screen

  • Tap the “Manage Subscription” button for the Hunter Pass listed in the “Subscription” section.

  • This will open the subscription details.

4. Cancel the subscription

  • Tap the “Cancel Subscription” link on the “Subscription Details” screen.

  • A cancellation confirmation screen will appear. Check the information and confirm the cancellation.

  • Cancelling by removing payment methods

    • By removing all of your registered payment methods, the subscription will be canceled automatically.

Important Notes After Cancellation

  • Benefit Continuation: Even if you cancel your subscription, you will still be able to enjoy the Hunter Pass benefits until the end of the current 30-day validity period.

  • Email Notification: Confirmation email will arrive at your email address after cancelling.

  • Resubscribing:

    • When using Xsolla: As long as at least one payment method remains saved, you can resume your subscription at any time by tapping the “Renew Subscription” button in the “Subscription” section of your profile page.

    • When using SBPS: Similarly, if at least one payment method is still saved, you can resume it by tapping the “Renew Subscription” button. However, if all card information has been deleted, it will be necessary to purchase the subscription again.
