Collabo Quests are special quests only available to hunters who have obtained a participation ticket from the collaboration partner. Each ticket comes with an Offer Redemption Code, which can be entered on the Offer Redemption page to unlock access to the Collabo Quest.

Collabo Quest Disclaimer

  • One person (one account only) can participate in the Collabo Quest per participation ticket.

  • The Offer Redemption Code on the participation ticket can be used by Hunters with any rank, however, the Collabo Quest will be available only to Hunters with rank 11 or above.

  • The Offer Redemption Code on the participation ticket is only valid for the corresponding Collabo Quest.

  • The Offer Redemption Code has an expiration date, after the date, you will not receive the Collabo Quest.

  • Each Offer Redemption Code can only be entered once per account.

  • Resale or transfer of the Offer Redemption Code to a third party is strictly prohibited. Offer Redemption Codes will not be reissued in the event of loss, theft, or damage, regardless of the customer's fault or negligence.

  • The event may be canceled at the discretion of the organizer.

Q. How will the Collabo Quest show up after entering the Offer Redemption Code on the participation ticket?
A. You can enjoy the Collabo Quest from the Special tab on the Quest screen after the date the Collabo Quest is available.

 

Q. I entered the Offer Redemption Code on my participation ticket, but the Collabo Quest does not show up.

A. Please check the following points.

・If your Hunter Rank is below 11, the quest will be available when you reach Hunter Rank 11.

・Collabo Quests have an expiration date. If you enter the Offer Redemption Code but do not access the app and start the quest before the expiration date, you will not be able to play the Collabo Quest.

Q. I did not receive my participation ticket. Where can I check it?
A. For any questions about participation tickets, please refer to the campaign website of each collaboration partner.

Q. I am having trouble with entering the Offer Redemption Code on my ticket.
A. Please check the following points.

・All letters in the Offer Redemption Code are capitalized. Please also note that the following letters are not included in the Offer Redemption Code:
 ・Alphabet:『 I（Capitalized ‘i’）』,『 l（small ‘L’）』,『Q』,『S』
 ・Numbers:『0（zero）』,『1』

・Offer Redemption Codes that have already been used cannot be entered into another account.

Q.I lost my ticket. Can it be reissued?

A. Niantic will not be able to reissue participation tickets in case of loss, theft, or damage, regardless of the customer's fault or negligence. Please contact the collaboration partner regarding this.

Q. How many people can participate with one participation ticket?

A. One person (one account) can participate with one participation ticket. Once an Offer Redemption Code is entered, it cannot be redeemed again.


Q. Is it possible to participate in several Collabo Quests?

A. You can participate in different Collabo Quests by entering the Offer Redemption Code on the ticket for each collaboration partner. However, you can only participate in each Collabo Quest once. (The Offer Redemption Code on the ticket for the same partner cannot be entered more than once.)


Q. Can I use the Offer Redemption Code on the unused participation ticket for another Collabo Quest?

A. The Offer Redemption Code on the ticket can only be used for the relevant Collabo Quest.

 

Q. Do I have to play near the location where I got the participation ticket?

A. You can play anywhere, except for special cases.

 

Q. When should I enter the Offer Redemption Code?

A. You can redeem the Collabo Quest anytime within the validity period of the Offer Redemption Code written on the participation ticket. However, please note that you can only play the Collabo Quest until the expiration date.


Q. Can I give my participation ticket to a third party?

A. Reselling or forwarding participation tickets to third parties is strictly prohibited. We do not guarantee the operation of participation tickets obtained illegally. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any problems or malfunctions that may occur when using these tickets.
