In some cases, you may not be able to log in even if the Google Play Store or Google Developer Service is unstable.

Please note that this does not apply if you have violated the Niantic game terms of service, such as by manipulating location information, attempting to root your device, or enabling developer mode.

If the above does not work, please try deleting the account information from your device following the steps below to see if it improves.

Please be assured that your account data will not be deleted when you delete your account.

Delete account from device 

  1. Open the Settings on your device.
  2. Tap Accounts.
  3. Select an account. If you have multiple Google accounts, select the Google account you used to log in to Monster Hunter Now.
  4. Tap Remove Account.

 Add account to device again 

  1. Open the Settings on your device.
  2. Tap Accounts.
  3. Tap Add account.
  4. Select Google from the list of accounts.
  5. Follow the instructions to complete the process.
