Gift Item is a special bundle pack that can be given as a gift to friends. Please see this support article for how to add friends.
Please note:
Gift Items are only for gifts to friends. You cannot use the items yourself.
If you do not have any friends, you cannot purchase Gift Items.
Once you have sent a gift to a friend, you cannot undo it. If you delete a friend after you have sent the gift, it will not be retracted.
Gifts are delivered to friends as soon as they are sent.
No expiration is set for receiving a gift.
How to send Gift Items
Purchase Gift Items that you want to give to a friend in the shop.
Tap “Yes” at the confirmation screen if you want to send a gift immediately.
Tap “Gift” button of the friend to whom you want to send a gift
Tap the gift you wish to send and tap [Send].
Please note:
You cannot select multiple gifts
How to receive Gift Items
You will be notified when a gift is sent to you.
Tap [Profile]
Tap [Friends]
Tap Gift icon
When you receive the gift, the sender will also receive a notification.
How to change gift preferences
If you do not want to receive gifts from your friends, you can change your preferences. Please note that it may take some time for the settings to take effect.
Tap [Profile].
Tap [Settings]
If you do not wish to receive gifts in the future, please uncheck the [Receive gifts from friends] checkbox. Your friends will no longer be able to send gifts to you.
If you would like to receive gifts, check the [Receive gifts from friends] checkbox.

Do we have a limit on how many gifts I can receive?
No, we don’t have a limit.
Are there any restrictions on giving gifts?
Once you have sent a gift to a friend, you cannot send a new gift until that friend receives it. Also, you cannot send multiple gifts to the same friend at the same time.
Why don't I see the "Send gift" button under a friend in my Friends list?
This is because the friend has opted out of receiving gifts. Gifts cannot be given to that Friend.
Why did I receive a gift from a friend after I deleted them?
This is because it may take several hours for the friends list to be up-to-date. We appreciate your patience.
