Ensure your Monster Hunter Now app is up to date

Monster Hunter Now works best when using the newest version of the app. If you’re experiencing an issue with an older version of the app, please update your Monster Hunter Now app and see if this fixes the problem for you.

  1. Open the App Store app.

  2. Tap Today.

  3. Tap your profile button at the top of the screen.

  4. Navigate to the Monster Hunter Now app and tap the Update button.
     

Check your internet connection

Ensure your device is connected to a reliable data connection (Wifi, 3G, or 4G). Try switching internet sources: if you have trouble connecting to Wifi, try to connect using 3G or 4G. If you have trouble connecting to 3G or 4G, try to connect using Wifi.

Use automatic system time

Make sure that your device's time and date is set to update automatically. You can update your system time using your device’s Settings app.

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.

  2. Under Settings > General > Date & Time, turn on the Set Automatically option.

Clear Safari data

Monster Hunter Now uses Safari to log into Monster Hunter Now. By clearing Safari’s data, you may be able to resolve some connectivity issues.

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.

  2. Select Safari > Advanced > Website Data.

  3. Tap Clear History and Data.

Note: Refreshing your game data may untoggle Adventure Sync. If you have Adventure Sync enabled, check that it's still toggled on after refreshing.  

Uninstall and reinstall Monster Hunter Now

Delete the Monster Hunter Now app and reinstall the latest official version from the Apple App Store. Your game progress will not be lost by performing these steps, as all game progress is stored online.

Reconnect Google’s access to Monster Hunter Now (Google accounts only)

You may be able to resolve login issues by refreshing Google’s connection to Monster Hunter Now. Your game progress will not be lost by performing these steps.

 

  1. Visit the Google connected apps settings page and select Monster Hunter Now from the list of connected apps.

  2. Click the Remove button to disconnect Monster Hunter Now from your Google account.

  3. To reconnect your Google account, log into Monster Hunter Now as you normally would. Open Monster Hunter Now on your phone and log in using your Google account.
