Auto-Switch Loadout Feature
This feature remembers the loadout used in your previous hunt with each monster and automatically switches to it on the hunt preparation screen.
How to Use the Auto-Switch Loadout Feature:
On the loadout screen, enable the “Automatically switches to the previously used loadout for each monster” feature at the top.
On the hunt preparation screen, the loadout used in your last hunt with that monster will automatically be equipped, and the message “Current loadout changed” will be displayed.
Once you return to the field, your loadout will automatically switch back to the one equipped before the hunt.
Notes:
If this feature is not enabled, loadouts will not be remembered.
If you edit or change the loadout after it has been auto-switched on the hunt preparation screen, the updated loadout will apply to that hunt and all future hunts.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: If I didn’t slay the monster in the last hunt, will that loadout still be remembered?
A: The loadout that auto-switches for each monster is saved when you start the hunt, regardless of whether you complete or fail.
Q: Can the loadout auto-switch to different setups based on the monster’s ★(star)?
A: Loadouts are saved per monster type. ★(star) is not considered, and the loadout used in the last hunt with that monster will auto-switch.
Q: What happens if I edit the loadout setup?
A: Once you change any armor or weapon in the loadout, the updated loadout will apply to your next hunt.
Q: Will the number of loadouts increase?
A: We are considering increasing the number of loadouts in the future.
Q: Can I save skills granted by driftsmelting in a loadout?
A: Currently, this is not possible, but we are considering adding this feature in the future.
Q: Can layered equipment be saved in a loadout?
A: Layered equipment can be saved as a "Layered Loadout," but it cannot be linked to your equipment loadout.
Q: Can I copy an existing loadout when editing a loadout?
A: We are planning to implement this feature in the future.
