Monster Hunter Now occasionally offers redemption codes through our partnerships and special events. Offer redemption codes can be redeemed for a variety of items.

To redeem an offer redemption code on the web:

  1. Access this website.

  2. Log in using the same credentials you use to access your Monster Hunter Now account

  3. Enter the offer code. Make sure that no spaces are included.

  4. After successfully redeeming an offer redemption code, a message will display the items added to your item box. If items are not added, please try restarting the app.
    If the message "The code has already been redeemed and the item has been granted" appears, it is likely that the entry has already been accepted, so restart the app and check the item box.

Note: To redeem a redemption code, you must have Google Login added to your Monster Hunter Now login.

If you are using only an Apple account, please link your Google login from within the app. Please see this support article for the detail.

Note: If you have reached the maximum number of items in your possession, you will not be able to receive any items. Please try after consuming the item.

Note:Resale or transfer of redemption codes to third parties is prohibited.

Note:Redemption codes may have an expiration date.


Where can I get redemption codes?

Niantic offers a limited number of one-time redemption codes in connection with special events and sponsor partnerships.

I get an error when I enter the redemption code.

If you receive an error when entering a redemption code, the following may be the cause

  • The redemption code you entered is incorrect.

    • Please make sure that there are no typing errors, such as the number 1 and the lower case l of the alphabet and the capital letter I.

  • The redemption code you entered has already been used

    • If you get the message "The code has already been used and the item has been granted," you may have already received the item.Please open the app.
  • Receipt of items reaches the possession limit.

    • Please make adjustments so that you do not reach the possession limit by consuming items you receive in the application. Please check support article at for item possession limits.
