Monster Hunter Now is a free-to-play app. Those who wish to enjoy the world of Monster Hunter Now more can purchase Gems in the shop. For more details, please see FAQ: Items that can be exchanged with Gems and their effects.

Purchase Gems 

Gems are required to exchange items. 

1. Tap Shop from the Main Screen.

2. Tap to select the pack of Gems you wish to purchase.

3. Check the details, and if all is well, tap the "Purchase" button.

4. A message will appear asking you to complete your purchase via Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS).

5. Confirm to purchase Gems. If Gems are not reflected after waiting for a while, please try restarting the app. If Gems are still not reflected, please contact us from within the app so we can investigate.

Exchange Gems for items

1. Tap Shop from the Main Screen.

2. Tap to select the item you wish to exchange.

3. Check the details, and if all is well, tap the "Exchange" button.

4. Gems and items were exchanged. If items are not reflected after waiting for a while, please try restarting the app.
