Here are some steps to get the issues you're having resolved quickly. These are organized by how relevance, so try out these tips in order:

Ensure your NBA All-World app is up to date

NBA All-World works best when using the newest version of the app. If you’re experiencing an issue, please make sure you have the most updated version of the app:

  1. Open the App Store.

  2. Tap Updates.

  3. Navigate to the NBA All-World app and tap the Update button.


Check your internet connection

Ensure your device is connected to a reliable network (Wi-Fi, 3G, 4G or 5G). If you’re experiencing connectivity issues, try switching internet sources. If you have trouble connecting to Wi-Fi, try to connect to 3G, 4G or 5G. Alternatively, if you have trouble connecting to 3G, 4G or 5G, try connecting to Wi-Fi.


Clear Safari data

NBA All-World uses Safari to log into your account. By clearing Safari’s data, you may be able to resolve some connectivity issues:

  1. Open the Settings app on your device.

  2. Select Safari > Advanced > Website Data.

  3. Tap Clear History and Data.

Uninstall and reinstall NBA All-World

Delete the app and reinstall the latest official version from the Apple App Store.


Reconnect Google’s access to NBA All-World (Google accounts only)

You may be able to resolve login issues by refreshing Google’s connection to the app. Your game progress will not be lost by performing these steps:

  1. Visit the Google connected apps settings page and select NBA All-World from the list of connected apps.

  2. Click the Remove button to disconnect the app from your Google account.

To reconnect your Google account, log into the game as you normally would. Open NBA All-World on your phone and log in using your Google account.
