Here are some steps to get the issues you're having resolved quickly. These are organized by how relevance, so try out these tips in order:
Ensure your app is up to date
NBA All-World works best when using the newest version of the app. Our team is constantly working on improvements and fixes to your game experience. If you’re experiencing an issue with an older version of the app, please update your app and see if this fixes the problem for you.
Open the Google Play Store app.
On the top left, tap the Menu button.
Tap the My apps & games menu option.
Navigate to the NBA All-World app and tap the Update button.
Check your internet connection
Ensure your device is connected to a reliable data connection (Wifi, 3G, 4G, or 5G). Try switching internet sources: if you have trouble connecting to Wifi, try to connect using 3G, 4G, or 5G. If you have trouble connecting to 3G, 4G, or 5G, try to connect using Wifi.
Clear your app data and cache
By clearing app data and cache, you may be able to resolve temporary issues affecting the game. Please note that doing this while logged in as a Guest may make you lose your progress. Please note that the following steps may vary depending on your device.
Open the Settings app on your device.
Tap Storage > Apps.
Select the NBA All-World app.
Tap Clear Data and then Clear Cache.

Check your device’s background data restrictions
Ensure that your phone has not restricted background data access to Google Play Services and Google Play Store. Learn how to turn on background data.
Uninstall and reinstall NBA All-World
Delete the app and reinstall the latest official version from the Google Play Store. As long as you have authenticated and are not playing as a guest, your game progress will not be lost by performing these steps, as all game progress is stored online.
Reconnect Google’s access to NBA All-World (Google accounts only)
You may be able to resolve login issues by refreshing Google’s connection to NBA All-World. Your game progress will not be lost by performing these steps.
Visit the Google connected apps settings page and select NBA All-World from the list of connected apps.
Tap the Remove button to disconnect from your Google account.
To reconnect your Google account, log into the game as you normally would. Open the app on your phone and log in using your Google account.
Remove your Google account from your device (Google accounts only)
If all other steps do not resolve your issue, try removing and adding your Google account to your device.
When you remove the account, your email, contacts, settings, and other information associated with the account is removed from your local storage until you add the account back to your device. Be sure that you complete these steps with adequate time to allow for your account data to download.
Remove the email account from your device:
Open the Settings app on your device.
Tap the Accounts menu option.
Tap Google from the list of accounts. If you have multiple Google accounts, select the Google account you used to log into NBA All-World.
Tap the three dots menu at the top of the screen, and then tap Remove account.
Add the account back to your device:
Open the Settings app on your device.
Tap the Accounts menu option.
Tap Add Account.
Select Google from the list of account types.
Follow the prompts to complete this process.
