The Pikmin Bloom Web Store is an online store where you can purchase coins and items for use within the app at a discount. Purchased items are immediately reflected in the app, just as if they were purchased in the app.

Note

  • For Child Account users: Children's accounts (Niantic Kids accounts or Nintendo supervised accounts with "Parent Control" enabled) cannot use the Web Store.

  • The authorized distributor of the Pikmin Bloom Web Store is Xsolla (except users in Japan).

How to Use the Web Store

How to Login/Purchase

  1. Access the Pikmin Bloom Web Store. Select "Sign In" in the upper right corner.
  2. Please select your login method. If you tap" Sign in with Pikmin Bloom" (not displayed in the web version) , you can sing in without a password
  3. Select the product you wish to purchase and follow the on-screen instructions for payment.
  4. Once you have completed payment, please check the Pikmin Bloom app. Your purchase will be immediately reflected in your logged-in account.

Check your Order History

  1. Log in according to the "Login/Purchase" section.

  2. Select your profile from the account name displayed in the upper right corner to view your order history.

Can my child account use the Web Store?

Child accounts (Niantic Kids accounts or Nintendo supervised accounts with "Parent Control" enabled) cannot use the Web Store.

What payment methods are available?

The Pikmin Bloom Web Store accepts credit cards and various other payment methods and services depending on your country of use. Please check the actual payment screen for details.

My payment fails.

When making a purchase on the Web Store, your payment method may be rejected for some reason. Please check the error and try another payment method. If you have any questions, please check  [Xsolla's support page].

I did not receive a receipt.

A receipt will only be emailed to you if you have optionally entered your email address to receive a receipt during the payment process. If you would like to check your order history, please see "How to use the Web Store" on this page.

Purchased products are not reflected in the app.

The following are possible causes

  • You were logged in to the wrong account when you made your purchase; please visit the Web Store and reconfirm that you are logged in to the account you normally use.

  • The payment was not completed. Please check your order history and confirm that the payment has been completed. For instructions on how to check your order history, see "How to Use the Web Store" on this page.
