FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

<IMPORTANT>Before asking any questions to Support, please make sure your app has been updated to v44 or later.

Q. To receive the badge, when do I need to achieve 10,000 steps?
You need to achieve 10,000 steps by 23:59 local time on the Community Day. On the day of the event, a progress bar will be displayed on the home screen of the app.

Q. I achieved 10,000 steps.  When can I receive the badge?
If you reach 10,000 steps on the day of Community Day, you will receive the badge immediately.

Q. My steps aren’t being counted correctly
Here is something you can try if your steps are not reflected. Please check the following article.
(iOS)
(Android)

Q. My progress bar of the Community Day shows more step counts than Lifelog.  Why?
The step counts shown in Lifelog are connected with Healthcare/Google Fit, and the app or your device automatically recalibrates the number of steps counted for accuracy.  Don’t worry, the number of steps to receive the badge displayed in the progress bar on the home screen will not decrease once it has been registered there.

Q. The items I found from Big Flower have been deleted from the expedition list.
A Big Flower that has bloomed will return to its leaf form after it is done blooming. At this time, the items found at the Big Flower will also disappear from your Expedition screen if you have not sent Pikmin to collect it.
During the community day, the Big Flower will bloom for a shorter period of time than usual, so be sure to send your Pikmin out often to get as many items as possible!
