Getting started as a Sponsored Location is fast and easy. The first step is completing a brief application that will allow us to confirm business eligibility for the program. Remember, all Sponsored Locations must meet all standard guidelines.

Click “Sign Up for a Niantic Sponsorship Account.”

Check your inbox for a verification email.

After verifying your email, continue with the application process.

Provide the required information about your business name and location.

Tell us about the type of business you operate and upload proof of business ownership issued by your governing authority (e.g., Business License, Certificate of Incorporation, etc.).

Let us know how many locations your business operates.

Provide links to as many of your business pages as you can.

Application complete! Stand by for an email informing you about the review status.

Once approved, you will be prompted to set-up your in-game location by uploading a business photo, logo, and other basic location information. We will confirm your location information meets all outlined requirements, and your location will go live in-game!
