In order to access your in-game locations' aggregated metrics, simply go to your SMB dashboard, and scroll down to see its performance. Players privacy is important to us, so we only share aggregated metrics, and do not provide access to individual player information. 

Performance Metrics are broken into three sections: 1) Last 7 Day Summary, 2) Detailed Performance Data, and 3) Last Month Summary. 

The Last 7 Day Summary shows the number of Engaged Visits and New Visitors within the previous 7 day period, while the Detailed Performance Data section allows you to select a specific time range (month, 6 months, year, etc.) to see the number of Engaged Visits, New Visitors, and Visits during the given time period. 
  • Engaged Visits: This refers to the number of individuals that interact with the in-game location on a given day or within a given month. If users have interacted with the in-game location multiple times during a given period, they are only counted once. For example, if a user interacted with an in-game location three times in one day, they would be counted as one engaged visit. 
  • Visitors: This refers to the number of unique visitors that have visited the in-game location within the given time period. 
  • New Visitors: This refers to the number of visitors, during a given period (either day or month), who have not had an Engaged Visit within the previous 90 days. 
The Last Month Summary allows you to see the Average Visits per Visitor, Visitors that have Visited More Than Once This Month, and the Visit Frequency of Players. 
  • Average Visits per Visitor: This refers to the average number of Engaged Visits that a user has within a month with a Sponsored Location (or sponsor). It is calculated by dividing the total number of Engaged Visits by the number of Visitors in that month.
  • Visited More Than Once This Month: This refers to the percent of unique visitors who have visited a Sponsored Location or a Sponsor more than once in a month. 
  • Visit Frequency of Players: This chart shows how many times a unique visitor visited a Sponsored Location within the past month (one time, two times, three times, etc.).
