In order change any of your In-Game Location Attributes including Location, Location Name, Photo, or Tagline, simply go to your SMB Dashboard (https://sponsor.nianticlabs.com/,) and click on the In-Game location that you would like to edit. 

The “Info” tab will automatically be selected. Scroll down to the attribute that you would like to change (Location, Location Name, etc.). Next to the attribute, you will see an “Edit” button on the right hand side. 

Select the blue “Edit” button on the right hand side, and a page with location details will appear. Enter in the updated address and drag the red pin to where you would like the In-Game Location. Please ensure that your updated location adheres to the Location Guidelines which can be found in the Sponsored Location Policy and Guidelines. Once you have confirmed that the pin is in the correct location, click continue. You will be alerted once our team has reviewed your location. 

Select the blue “Edit” button on the right hand side, and a page with Location Name details will appear. Enter the updated Location Name, and click continue.  Please ensure that the updated Location Name adheres to the Content and Image Policy which can be found in the Sponsored Location Policy and Guidelines. You will be alerted once our team has reviewed your location. 

Scroll down to the Photo Section and select the blue “Edit” button on the right hand side. A page with Photo details will appear. Here you can either reposition your current photo or upload a new photo. If you would like to reposition your current photo, simply click the circle and move it to the portion of the photo you would like to appear in the game. If you would like to upload a new image, simply click the “add photo” icon at the bottom right hand corner. You can also zoom in or out on your selected image by clicking the “+” icon to zoom in or the “-” icon to zoom out. Once you are satisfied with your photo edits, click continue.

Please ensure that the updated Image adheres to the Content and Image Policy which can be found in the Sponsored Location Policy and Guidelines. You will be alerted once our team has reviewed your location. 

Scroll down to the Tagline Section and select the blue “Edit” button on the right hand side. A page with Tagline details will appear. Enter the updated Tagline description, and click continue.  Please ensure that the updated Location Name adheres to the Content and Image Policy which can be found in the Sponsored Location Policy and Guidelines. You will be alerted once our team has reviewed your location.
