In order to upgrade your subscription plan from Standard to Premium or downgrade from Premium to Standard, go to your SMB admin dashboard (https://sponsor.nianticlabs.com/), and select the location with a sponsorship plan that you would like to change. Click the three dots button in the upper right hand corner, and select change plan. Select the Standard in-game location or Premium in-game location option, and click continue to complete.

When you change your plan in the middle of a billing cycle, your first monthly charge at the new plan’s rate will be prorated.

In order to cancel your membership, go to your SMB admin dashboard (https://sponsor.nianticlabs.com/), and select the location with a sponsorship plan that you would like to cancel. Click the three dots in the upper right hand corner, and select remove location. Click continue to confirm the cancellation.

Note that when you deactivate your subscription, you will not be charged starting the next billing cycle and your location will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
